Our computer simulation tools ensure efficient product and robust process validation. These tools shorten development time and eliminate unnecessary costs.
The prototype area provides rapid and production intent prototypes. Applying lessons learned from the prototype process allows for seamless transition of in-house tool design and production tooling development.

Process Design and Validation
All of our tools are developed in our state-of-the-art tool room.
Collaborating with our customer we develop a PFMEA to ensure the required testing and process controls are in place to manufacture high quality products.
Quality is designed around our customer specifications and process capability to ensure safety and performance are never compromised.
Our validation test lab provides the ability to quickly monitor the performance of our customer's products. Test capabilities range from: metallurgical, environmental, fatigue, leak, burst, electrical, static and dynamic.
Based off customer needs, we have the flexibility to provide multiple packaging options to protect products and integrate with customer manufacturing processes.
